The IWNY Content Stage

One stage was just not enough. So we decided to build a second stage, packed with four full days of engaging content and amazing speakers. Each day, the Content Stage will focus on one particular topic like Mobile, Social Media, Advertising and Start-Ups. Like the AOL Stage, your HQ Pass will grant you full run of the stage.

Digital Archaeology

A global smash hit during Internet Week Europe, Story Worldwide curates an expanded version of this inspiring exhibit for the IWNY HQ. Sponsored by Google, Story has unearthed 28 original machines, browsers and operating systems from various ages of the Internet to display websites once thought lost to history. Included in the exhibition are old school sites like word.com, The Blue Dot, Subservient Chicken, The Web Stalker and more. Hardcore web evangelists and casual users alike will fawn over sites that can no longer be seen on the modern Internet.

IWNY Classroom

For 2011, IWNY has built a 30-person classroom where HQ Pass holders can sign up for a huge range of classes. Partnering with some of the leading continuing ed institutions in NYC like General Assembly, The Lamp, Buddy Media and more, the HQ Classroom will offer a wonderfully broad range of seminars and hands-on learning right in the heart of IWNY HQ.

Grab a seat in between presentations on the two Internet Week NY stages at this amazing lounge furnished and presented by 3 of the biggest names in their respective industries.

Can You Draw The Internet Gallery

The stateside debut of another Internet Week Europe hit will make its home in a customized analogue/digital gallery where HQ attendees can see the submissions and purchase artwork with proceeds going to charity. A collaboration between IWNY, The NYC Dept or Education, Saint London, ArtWeLove and DeviantArt.
