HQ Event Partners

For 2009, Internet Week will host a "Headquarters" space in Metropolitan Pavilion, a 24,000 square foot street-level loft space in downtown New York, on June 1-4. For four days, Internet Week will oversee programming and activities based on four discussion threads designed to bring together NYC's web community.

Metropolitan's modern loft space, located in the heart of Manhattan's thriving downtown tech industry, will serve as a central hub for our many event partners to easily and successfully host their events in either our 500-seat turn-key Theater Space or 17,000 square foot Interactive Playground, which will showcase the best in web technology, art and innovation. We anticipate thousands of guests at this space as Internet Week brings together New York's diverse web communities in once centralized location.

Theater Space at Internet Week HQ

Each day, the sessions in our Theater Space will address a different area of Internet culture and business. Keynote speeches will anchor each day's programming, with spaces available to the community to program and present innovative work related to the day's disccusion:

Interactive Playground Space at Internet Week HQ

Adjacent to the theater space is a 17,000 square foot interactive playground and lounge. The playground will give thousands of visitors the opportunity to see and experience innovative, relavant and interactive ideas, services and exhibits.
