How do I attend Internet Week New York?
Anyone can take part in the keynotes, curated panels and engaging interviews at the HQ with an official HQ Pass. We recommend purchasing yours far enough in advance to take advantage of our early bird pricing. Sign up for our newsletter for special deals and announcements.
Citywide events are independently organized throughout the week and across New York. Details on access and registration for each Citywide event are available on their individual calendar listings. Check our schedule frequently for an updated list of Citywide Events.
What kinds of events happen during Internet Week New York?
IWNY includes everything from industry-specific events to those centered around business, arts and culture, entertainment, startups, and more. Previous event types have included conferences, parties, breakfasts, lunches, panels, speeches, launches, awards shows and more.
Do I need to buy a pass for the whole week?
HQ Passes, including day pass options, can be purchased here.
What does it cost to attend?
An individual HQ Pass is $350, though early-bird passes will be available for $300 for a limited time. Discounts for bulk purchases are available, as are scholarship prices for developers and startups.
Citywide Events are independently organized, so prices may vary. Be sure to check the RSVP procedure for each event you would like to attend to verify the price and registration procedure before attending the event.
Can I host my own event?
Yes! Anyone — whether an established company, startup, organization, or individual — can host an event as an Official Event Partner of Internet Week. Register your event HERE. Your login and password will allow you to edit your listing and make any edits or updates as they happen. As a Citywide Event Partner, you're able to use our Official Marks and Logos in your marketing and public relations efforts. We’re here as a resource for you, so please do get in touch!
How do I submit speakers to the main stage in the HQ?
Make the Stage, our official speaker submission program, allows anyone to an idea for an on-stage session at the HQ.
Internet Week will never sell or share your personal information. If you sign up for event updates, we do allow select partners to provide you with news and special offers. However, we do not share your personal information with our partners and you maintain control of your information at all times. If at any time you choose not to receive such notifications, you may unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of all newsletter emails. Internet Week may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics include no personally identifying information.
